Obituary

Mary L. Hacker, 84 yrs., of Honey Brook, died on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Brandywine Hospital while surrounded by her family.

She was born on August 4, 1931 in Scotts Fork, WV. Mary was the daughter of the late Russell J. & Eva L. (Foster) Knight. She was the wife of the late Gerald W. Hacker who died on January 1, 2012.

Mary was a homemaker to her beloved family.

3 brothers precede her in death.

Mary is survived by 5 sons; Gerald L. “Bud” (Robin) Hacker of Honey Brook, Marlin W. (Lori) Hacker of Mohnton, S. Randall “Randy” (Jennifer) Hacker of Morgantown, David K. Hacker of Honey Brook, Michael E. Hacker of Mohnton, 2 daughters; Eva J. (Dennis) Martin of Birdsboro, Sheila M. (Gregg) Hostetler of Morgantown, a brother; William Knight of Madison, WV and a sister; Leota P. Riffey of Berwyn. There are 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 11 AM from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook. Pa., with Pastor David Mennig officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Presbyterian Cemetery in Glenmoore. A calling hour will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
