Obituary
Scott Richard Weinreich, age 67, of Bradenton, Florida, formerly Glenmoore, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 in the Tidewell Hospice House, Bradenton, FL. Born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, he was a son of Margaret (McHale) and Kermit Weinreich, of Royersford.
He was 1974 graduate of the Northern Chester County Technical School in Phoenixville. Scott had been employed for 39 years at Johnson Matthey, after which he enjoyed retirement. He had been a member of the Col. Jacob Morgan American Legion post 537, Morgantown, PA and the Bradenton Elks (B.P.O.E.) 1511.
Scott was an avid hunter, enjoyed traveling and had a love of classic cars. Most importantly, Scott was always there to have a good time, whether that be indulging in good food, jamming to classic rock or hanging out with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by his children: Shane, husband of Megan Weinreich, of Glenmoore, Haley, wife of Jason Bitting, of Birdsboro and Alex, husband of Angela Williams, of Coatesville; grandchildren: Collin & Landon Weinreich, Edward Bitting and Ava & Amelia Williams; siblings: Kathryn Weinreich and Kermit Weinreich; and his loving partner: Brenda St. Denis, of Bradenton. He was preceded in death by his brother, William Weinreich.
